Mark My Words (IPA)

Gracing a makeshift pallet shelf is Mark My Words, an IPA at 6% ABV built over a grist of Pilsner Malt, Golden Promise and oat malts along with generous handfuls of flaked oats.

Mark My Words has been dry-hopped with Citra and Simcoe, hops that bring forward a taste of fuzzy peaches and white grapes while the yeast interacts to pull out hints of melon candy and gummy bears.

The beer features yet another stunning label by our very own Dan Johnstone. Portrayed is the classic quill and ink that spills over the page to create waves and lines that mimick the process from chaos to clear thinking.
