Today is a special day. Today, we are brewing batch 100 at Alefarm Brewing.

On May 17, we have been brewing for a year at our location in Greve, just outside Copenhagen. It has been quite the ride with countless ups and downs, failures and successes - and so many amazing and memorable experiences along the way.

Batch 100 is a collaboration with our dear friends at Seven Island Brewery. We are brewing a gently tart and juicy IPA with sea buckthorn layered over a silky oat-heavy base.

I would like to thank each and every one of you for supporting us all the way to batch 100. We have grown tremendously as a brewery, as a team and as a brewing family - and we wouldn't be here without you.
