Union & Hyde (IPA)

6.2% ABV, Union & Hyde is an IPA dry-hopped with Enigma and Topaz.

This beer is named after the street corner, Union & Hyde, in Russian Hill. Kasper lived there during his stint in San Francisco and took the photo on the label from his apartment rooftop in 2013. This beer is dedicated to great memories in SF. 

For aroma and flavor, Union & Hyde gives off deep and pungent tropical notes. The sweetness on finish is balanced by herbal and spice notes, including white pepper. This IPA is full-bodied with a lively carb to help lift it off the palate.

Contains malts (barley, oat, wheat), hops, yeast and water.
