TASTING NOTES - This crisp lager brings the forest straight to your glass. Fresh spruce tips deliver bright, earthy pine, while a boil of Citra and Centennial adds a gentle touch of citrus zest. A clean, refreshing finish.
STORY OF THIS BEER - "This Is The Place" is all about local ingredients and good timing. Early June is the only time to harvest fresh spruce tips, so we headed out to Greve Skov to handpick them ourselves. As our second spruce beer of the year, it is a straightforward tribute to our local woods and the simple joy of brewing with what grows right in our backyard. Enjoy the local harvest.
