Finally, it’s time to unveil the third beer in our brand-new series of wild ales, The Past & The Present: Spruce Tip Edition. This series symbolizes all that once was and everything that now is at Alefarm Brewing.



This beer is the result of a collab with our friends from Tuju. It’s a blended oak-aged farmhouse ale infused with locally-foraged spruce tips from Greve Skov and a touch of lemon.



Immediately upon opening this beer, you are greeted with aromas of a fresh spruce forest. The flavor follows with a taste that is entirely covered in lush spruce tips - a truly unique experience in a beer. 🌲

Ingredients: malt (barley, oat, wheat), hops, yeast, water, spruce tips and lemon.

6.8% ABV, 375 ml.
