TASTING NOTES - This IPA balances the spicy depth of new Caramel Rye malt with a vibrant, fruity hop profile. Expect bold bursts of stone fruit and citrus from Amarillo, Idaho 7 and HBC638, rounded out by floral Książęcy hops.
STORY OF THIS BEER - When our Polish friends at Recraft Brewery traveled to Denmark with suitcases full of native hops, we knew we had to brew something special. We teamed up with Viking Malt, who provided a brand new Caramel Rye malt, to create this unique IPA. ”Tak” means ”yes” in Polish and ”thanks” in Danish - a fitting name for a true cross-border friendship.
