Summer Lotus has a thick and creamy mouthfeel for a kettle sour thanks to mango in the recipe. The mango and guava dominate the flavors of the beer. A small touch of lactose gives a background sweetness without being overbearing. It is refreshing with a nice balance of acid, a moderate carbonation and a light pithy finish. 

Contains malts (barley, oat, wheat), 8% mango purée, 8% guava purée, lactose, hops, yeast and water.
