Memories To Be Made (IPA)

6.2% ABV, Memories To Be Made is an IPA dry-hopped with Enigma and Amarillo. 

Memories to Be Made and Stories to Be Told were brewed as one batch with the same malt bill, and then split into two different fermentors. They each were fermented with a different yeast strain and under different fermentation profiles. Both contain Enigma in the dry hop for continuity, paired with a different hop (Mosaic and Amarillo) that we thought would work well with the specific yeast character for that beer.

Memories To Be Made has a full body with notes melon, light grapefruit, and mandarin. 

Contains malts (barley, oat, wheat), hops, yeast and water.
