Homeward Bound (American Porter)

7.6% ABV, Homeward Bound is an American Porter  built for the changing seasons, from a brisk autumn afternoon to a snowy evening by the fire.

Sweet malts and dried fruit on the nose. The complex malt bill is the main focus, bringing notes of maple, cacao, caramel and toffee. Flavor progresses to dark chocolate and mocha towards the end, with a lasting bitterness to round out the initial sweet impression. Smooth and full body and fluffy head is like a woolen sweater for your taste buds.
