Stories To Be Told (IPA)

6.2% ABV, Stories To Be Told is an IPA dry-hopped with Enigma and Mosaic.

Memories to Be Made and Stories to Be Told were brewed as one batch with the same malt bill, and then split into two different fermentors. They each were fermented with a different yeast strain and under different fermentation profiles. Both contain Enigma in the dry hop for continuity, paired with a different hop (Mosaic and Amarillo) that we thought would work well with the specific yeast character for that beer.

Stories To Be Told  has a full body and notes of ripe honeydew and pineapple.

Contains malts (barley, oat, wheat), hops, yeast and water.

Canned on December 4th, 2019. Best Before June 4th, 2020.
