A well made pilsner is a balancing act of simplicity and technique. Aya brings a base of Eraclea pilsner malt through a rigorous mash regime, and combines noble Saaz hops with Motueka, its new-world descendant. Looking toward tomorrow, take a moment of repose to remember from where we came.
