6.5% ABV, All That Remains is an Cold IPA with Centennial, Simcoe, Bru-1 and Mosaic.
The Cold IPA style showcases hop flavor and aroma with minimal flavor contribution from the yeast and malt bill. A clean, light and bitter base allows the hops to take center stage, and utilizes biotransformation in which additional flavor compounds are released from the mid-fermentation dry-hop addition.
Contains malts (barley, oat, wheat), hops, yeast and water.
