Sporadic rays of sunlight mark a Danish summer that is drawing to a close. Clinging onto the last of the summery vibes is Summer Lotus, the latest kettle sour from our hands.
Summer Lotus comes in at 5.5% ABV and is brewed with mango and guava. The mango remains dominant with a touch of guava as it warms up to a full mouthfeel that is punctuated by a refreshing acidity.
