Between the barrels is a can of Sacred Ground, our latest pale ale coming in at a smooth 4.5% ABV.
This beer was brewed to be light and clean. It showcases Pilsner Malt taken through a step mash regime. For the dry-hop, we went with a fifty-fifty blend of Citra and Columbus, making for a peach bomb that’s immensely soft - without the use of any adjuncts whatsoever.
Sacred Ground is one of the beers we plan to showcase at Sesh Fest by our good friends at Magic Rock. Good times are to be had!
