Mark Walewski joins the Alefam

We are proud to welcome Mark Walewski to the Alefam, a nickname for the family of people that is Alefarm Brewing.

Mark comes from a position as a brewer at Beavertown Brewery in London. Here at Alefarm Brewing in Copenhagen, Mark will take the role as lead brewer. Mark has excellent skills in brewing and is especially fond of double IPAs, one of our favorite styles too.

Being able to hire highly talented people is one thing, but being able to hire highly talented people that are so sympathetic, well-though through and concise in their work, that is a humbling feat indeed. Welcome, Mark.
