Lorry has an extensive background in brewing with knowledge about all aspects of the brewing process. This is parred with a solid technical understanding of brewing equipment, something that is quite handy when fine-tuning and dialing things in at the brewery - both now and going forward.
Running a brewery takes time, costs money and is work-demanding. But above all, it requires good people at the helm. For this reason, we are happy and proud to welcome Lorry to the team. Many a good beer is to come!
