Today is Friday, April 12. The sun is setting quietly somewhere in the horizon with its last rays of light flowing gently through the windows. On the table is Dark Patterns in a well-deserved pour, one that is fitting for collecting your thoughts after a good, long day.

I'm listening to Lubomyr Melnyk, an artist that I am particularly fond of these days. His style of continuous music resonates well with me and the process that we are going through, always exploring, adjusting, perfecting - like ripples in a water scene. Rinse, repeat.

Dark Patterns is a DIPA packing 8% ABV and dry-hopped solely with Hallertau Blanc, making for a smooth drinking experience with tender notes of white wine grapes, peach and herbs.

We have some exciting things in store for you this year. And while we anticipate these greatly, here and now, it's time for just sitting back, enjoying a beer and reflecting a bit on everything. Skål, venner.
