Today, we had the pleasure of collaborating on a brew with Jesse Ferguson, the founder and brewmaster of Interboro Spirits and Ales - or just Interboro, in short.
We first met Jesse at a beer festival in Sweden during which we had a great time tasting each others' beers and generally just enjoying the festival. So, needless to say, we were more than up for it when Jesse suggested a collab at our brewery.
We have brewed an IPA together that's clocking in at 6.8% ABV. The name of the beer has been decided on already, but we will keep it a secret until the beer is released. Expect hoppy goodness and the taste of a thoroughly fun collab!
Collaborations are meaningful in so many ways for the craft brewing industry. It's a chance to meet fellow brewers, to connect across continents and to be inspired and inspire in return.
Also, it's a way to heighten the quality of the beers produced by sharing ideas and ways to do things, making collaborations both a benefit to the brewers participating and the people enjoying the beers that are produced. Cheers!
All the best,
