Carry the Light (DIPA)

Sitting in the grass on this blog post photo, caressed by the last rays of sun on an early evening in April is Carry the Light, our latest DIPA at 8% ABV. The beer has been generously dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Chinook.

Lots of things are happening at the brewery these days. Dan is working on the tap room. Britt is taking care of sales and planning ahead. Lorry and Jack are brewing away while Ronnie is tinkering with the machinery - and me, well, I’m working on a little bit of everything (or a lot, really).

Cheers to early evenings in April, to working together as a team and to good beers.
