The third beer in our Origami Series is a DIPA at 8% ABV named Because Babylon. It's a refreshing addition to the series that's been dry-hopped with Amarillo, Citra and Styrian Cardinal.

The label design features a star resembling the fallen kingdom of Babylon. The star itself is inspired by Ishtar, the Mesopotamian deity associated with love and war, and is a symbol that was often depicted in Babylonian architecture.

Because Babylon will be packaged in kegs and cans tomorrow. All three labels of the Origami Series - Because Babylon, Elevate and Folding Water - are featured in this post.
