Painting this season is the autumn foliage, the russet leaves and the sun that hangs low on the horizon, casting golden rays of light across the landscape. It's a beautiful period of transition between summer and winter.
In celebration of the season, we brewed a beer in collaboration with our dear friends, Antonio and Gabriel from Distribucion Zombier.
Depicted in the leaves is Autumn, a DIPA at 8% ABV that's been dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Galaxy. It offers a dank, tropical taste with lots of melon, pineapple and a kiss of resin on the finish.
